JIANGSU YD ADVANCED AMORPHOUS TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD. is a joint venture company jointly established by Jiangsu Yangdong Electric Co., Ltd. and Antai Technology and its key employees. The company was formally established on December 20, 2017, and is located in Jiangyan Development Zone, Taizhou City. Both parties jointly invested 71.5 million yuan, of which Yangdong Electric, Antai Technology, and key employees held 55%, 35% and 10%. Yangdong Antai JV will build on Antai Technology ’s advantages in key material manufacturing and device R & D technology accumulation, while giving full play to Yangdong Electric ’s capabilities and institutional advantages in product technology engineering, lean production, and marketing. The joint venture will be established as a well-known domestic amorphous nanocrystalline device provider with unique competitive advantages.
